Best way to transition meeting ownership?

A secretary here is leaving and needs to transition the meetings she created
for several managers to a different secretary who'll be taking over her
responsibilities. What's the easiest way to do this with as little impact
to the attendees as possible?

We're Ex2k7 SP1 and most clients are Outlook 2k7.

There's no built-in way to change the event organizer. I think it's best to
delete the old copies and reissue them from the new organizer.
