Beta 2007 Word autosave

I can't find autosave or an area that allows you to choose how many minutes
you want autosave to save for you

Sandismess,

If you click on the office logo at the top left of the screen. Click Word
Options. Click Save on the left hand side. You will then see saving options
on the right, including setting autosave options.

Hi Sandismess,

Unlike Excel, Word has never had an autosave feature built in. It has Autorecover and Automatic Backup choices in the area Andy
mentioned. The Autorecover files are deleted when you close Word 'normally' (i.e. intentionally <g>.
