BETA Shortcut properties for Outlook 2003

I tried starting Outlook 2003 minimized by editing the "Run:" settings on
the Shorcut tab of the Outlook shortcut. When I close Outlook in "maximized
window" state in will not start minimized but when I close Outlook in
"normal windows" state it will start minimized. Looks like a Outlook 2003
bug to me as I tested it with other shortcuts and I did not have any problem
no matter in which state I left the program.
