Better management of several calendars

Environment: SBS 2003 - Outlook 2003. Our Executive Assistant schedule
Management Team meetings and M-Team members accept them. This is turnin
into a problem because of their iPhones, so we'd like to have th
assistant place the meetings in the M-Team calendars withou
accept/reject. We don't want to ask M-Team members change the genera
accept/reject options, because this would affect all meeting requests
We also don't want to ask the assistant to go to each person's calenda
separately to enter these meetings. Can anyone help us with informatio
on how the assistant could just place the meetings on all M-Tea
members' calendars at once?

Is the assistant sending them by mail now? If so, how about using a rule to
accept them?
