Better resizing of windows

Windows in Office applications should automatically adjust to format content
correctly when the window is resized. At present they do not, making it more
difficult to work in multiple windows at the same time.

And what would you prefer, that the window shrink the text, or rewrap
the text? Perhaps allowing the user to decide when to change the format
is the best course? Oh, it already does that!
