Better way to browse/find shapes?

A. is there a better (quicker) way to browse the shapes library than to load
each stencil set invidvidually? a single view (or <5 pages) of all the shapes
would be useful.

B. does anyone know of a "shapes glossary" anywhere out there -- a reference
that would assist in determining which shape to use for a particular
function? visio's search doesn't always solve the problem.
