bickham swash using publisher

I do computer calligraphy (mainly envelope addressing)
I merge a spread sheet and print using publisher.
I can not get bickham swash to accept the SWASH!
I can only get bickham (although I own the swash letters as well)
How can I get it to merge and print with the swash letters?
For the font fine hand I can edit the spread sheet and switch th
capital letters but it does not work for BICKHA

Could be because Bickham Swash has only caps.
