Origiannly issue was mail merge. Data from Excel (first and last name) Only
first name would merge - not last.
Newsgroiup said need to update Office (have 2000)
Did update, requested original CD and got numerous error messages. Gave up.
Everytime open Word or Excel, installer type window opens.
Did the windows utility uninstaller - didn't work
Restored my W - XP to earliertoday, than yesterday - didn't work.
How get out of this mess?
And how come simple mail merge of 2 columns wouldn't take?
