Downloading updates for Office X for Mac. My iBook running OS X 10.2.
Does it matter which download format I use - .hqx or .bin?

Just went through this myself.
Either works.
..bin needs to be opened with stuffit though.

It doesn't really make any difference unless you have a phone modem
connection, in which case you'd want the smaller file. The Stuffit Expander
engine will decode both.
