Binder spines

When I worked for the City of Federal Way our publisher
wizard let me create binder spines. I have the 2002
version here and can't seem to find a way to create
them. Any help out there?

Tracy it sure is there.
Go to menu Arrange then Layout Guides
Click on the option 'Create Two Master Pages with Mirrored Guides'.
Make your inside measurement about 2.5cm and the Outside whatever suites
you, but would normally be around 1.5cm There is 2.54 cm to the inch. The
US will soon be metric so the sooner you learn the better.
