working with label spines

I am using Publisher to make labels for binder spines and would like to get
more than one label on a page for a 2" binder. Is there a way to do this?
I am new to Publisher. Thanks!

Easily done. Once you have one spine label set up and are sure that it is
smaller than 2" across simply press and hold Ctrl key while pressing the A
key (Ctrl + A). This will highlight all the text and images you placed on
the screen. Group the items on the page. Once you have all the items
highlighted (you will see drag handles around all items) right click on any
of the lines that show a drag handle and then click Group. Press Ctrl + C to
copy all to the clipboard. Click once on the page outside of the current
images or text. Press Ctrl + V. You should see another "spine" show up.
You can move it without worry if you happen to accidentally click outside to
turn off all the drag handles. They will come back together when you again
click on any of the text. Click and drag it into position. Repeat the Ctrl
+V again and drag into position. You can place up to 3 total spines on the
page at one time at the size you need not knowing what the margins of your
printer would be..

To help me with alignment, I draw guide lines on the page using the drawing
tool. I would place a vertical line at 1", 3", 5" & 7" for 2" spine. Once
I get the first spine completed between the 1 & 3' lines, and positioned on
the page like I want. I then draw a horizontal top line at the top of the
highest item in my spine. This is my alignment guide for the remaining
spines.

Hope this helps, let us know.

Thank you and JoAnn Paules for responding. I haven't tried it yet, but will
be working on it today. I will let you know.

If each of your binder spines have different information you can create a data
base and merge. You will have to setup your page differently.
