binding pivot table to spreadsheet

I am very new in OWC and looking every where to find a way to bind a
OWC pivot table object to a OWC spread sheet object as its datasource.
Is it posssible to do this?

If not then does any one has an example of creating a pivot table in
the server side for later transfer to the client side to be displayed
as a chart?
