Binding Visio Object (shapes) into Access forms

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations in how to bind Visio
objects (shapes) into Access 2003 forms? Right now, when I add Visio shapes
with Textbox on Access forms show as ‘Unbound’ and I'm trying trying to learn
how to group/ bind the two objects.

My goal is to display the updated data into Visio drawing with textbox on
the forms.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
