Hey, that's it. He had no email account configured for Outlook. I didn't
know that. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have been here asking.

Hi - glad you got whatever this is resolved, but note that you should've
posted this as a reply in your existing thread, as nobody is likely to know
what you're talking about.

Probably that he had no send button in Outlook. A common problem solved by
installing a mail account.
