Birthdays - ask for year separately & allow for no year known.

Please amend the 'Birthdays' option in Outlook, to separate the day/month
from the year, and allow the user to input the day & month, without knowing
the year. To have to scroll month by month back to look for a date for people
over 50 years old is annoying.

if they are entered correctly, they will display each year on the persons
birthday - or switch to a table view that shows only recurring events.
