Birthdays not appearing in calendar

Hi,

I have a problem where if I update an existing contact with a birthday date,
a calendar entry is not automatically entered into the calendar.

If I create a new contact from scratch, then all is fine (i.e. a repeating
birthday reminder is set up)

Using MS Outlook Version 2002, Win2k

Can anyone assist?

Hmmm - works just fine for me. Anything else look funky? Is Office running
the latest updates from Office Updates?
