Birthdays

In the MS Office 2003 Outlook, regarding my contact's Birthdays, will I get
notifications of their Birthdays, or do I have to program that myself somehow?

If you open a Contact and set their birthday on the Details tab, you will
have an annual recurring Event - their birthday. It will probably have a
default Reminder of 15min - so change that to a week by typing 1w.
