Bitmap over Header

Hi All

I have a strange problem. I ran word 2002 and created a Letterhead inside a
Header, I then added ontop of the Header a Bitmap Image, and then saved this.
I have subsequently upgraded to Word 2003, now when I open the document as
indiicated above I don't see the Bitmap image just a Black stripe where it
used to be, if I double click the image a Blue Box appears (not the image
only the outline). Any ideas would be welcomed as i really don't know what
the problem is.

I think that there maybe a filter that was not installed when you installed
Word 2003. If you use the Control Panel Add Remove Software item, you
should be able to modify the installation so that this filter is installed.
