black and white to color

I didn't mean to, but I saved a picture in Microsoft office picture manager
to black and white. Is there any way to make the picture color again In this
program. So far I have had no luck. I really want this picture in color!

That copy is now black and white. If you want a color one you will need
to get the backup copy of the original.
