Black Background, White Text

Hi,

How can I get Word to give me Black Background with White Text?

Help> Contents and Index says it can only be done in Online Layout, but when
I do Online Layout, my long lines of text are squished and a line gets cut
into three short lines laid out vertically.

I want to print what I make if I can make it.
