Black boxes printing on slides on pages with underlines

A strange quirk that we've found is when we go to print a new presentation
created from an old presentation. If anything is underlined on a slide, when
it prints there is some sort of blacked out box on the page. If we remove the
underline, it prints just fine.

Any help would be appreciated. We're at a loss.

What version are you using? Is the underlined text in a placeholder or a
textbox (or somewhere else)?
