Blacked out text in imported Visio diagram

[Using Word 2003 SP2 and Visio 2002 SP2 on Windows XP]
I've created a basic flowchart in Visio - no problem.
I've imported the file into Word using Insert -> Object -> Browse... - no
problem.
The diagram looks fine on the screen (it's all black and white, just boxes,
text and lines). I can re-size it - no problem.
If in Word I open the diagram, then go to Open in Visio, I can print it
perfectly - no problem.
BUT
When I print the document from Word, instead of text I get black rectangles
inside the boxes - what's the problem?

The answer is that the printer or its driver is greeking the text because I'm
printing two pages to a sheet instead of one.
