Blank body with Outlook 2003?

Hello,
This is my first time writing here so I hope I can word this
correctly. We use an exchange server where I work (the latest and
greatest), and there are two different clients in the field. Some use
Outlook XP and others use Outlook 2003. Recently a new issue seems to
be arising (and it does not seem to be dependant upon the format the
message is sent in). This issue occurs only *sometimes* when a message
is sent from one client to the other (does not matter which is the
receiving, XP or 2003). Anyway, what happens sometimes is the
associate can easily view the message in the preview pane. However,
when s/he double clicks on the message to open it in a seperate window,
the entire body of the message is blank. The subject, to:, from:
fields are fine. When attempting to forward the message, the body is
included successfully. Attempts to recreate outlook profile, windows
profile, reinstallation of software, going to
officeupdate.microsoft.com have thus far proven fruitless. Right now
the last two options we are looking at is an upgrade for the XP users,
or possibly a reimage of their computers (not exactly the preferred
route). Has anyone encountered this type of thing, and have
suggestions on resolving? thanks for your help!
