Is there a way to replace blank celss in a table. I now have the default
value to be "N/A" in certain cells but I already have over 1000 records that
has the cells blank. I cant find a way to replace the blank ones with "N/A"

The 'blank' fields may contain a Null value, or they may contain an empty
string. The following update query will handle either case ...

UPDATE YourTableNameHere SET YourFieldNameHere = "N/A" WHERE
YourFieldNameHere Is Null OR YourFieldNameHere = ""
