blank document template

I seem to have changed the set up of word in that
everytime I open a new document, instead of a blank
document, I get a website superimposed over the page,
which is too big for the layout anyway. I must have
somehow changed the settings myself without realising it
but I don't know how to change it back. Does anybody know
how I can change the settings of "doc1" so that it comes
up with a blank page again?
