Blank e-mails with the "waiting" icon

Tammy

I was all of a sudden, unable to see what was in any e-mail, whether
just received or saved, just saw a blank e-mail with the hourglass
icon like it was thinking forever.

I read in another post on this board a fix for the problem. By
putting the following in start/run, I can then see my e-mails.

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

BUT, I have to do this each time I log on. I've had some
hacker/trojans and worms recently and I'm sure that has screwed up
something. I have ran every hacker/spyware/virus software I know.
(I'm so sick of jetseeker and blazefind I could torture the inventors)
Does anyone know how to fix this permanently?
