Blank email body in Outlook 2003

This is VERY odd! I type a message normally (Reply or original) send it
& it arrives at destination blank, and when I look in "sent" folder, it also
shows blank. Header is filled in but nothing in message body. Anybody any
ideas?
Running Win XP Pro and MS Outlook 2003 exchange server 2000
Tried it on messages to myself & it's the same.
I've obviously set something wrong - but what?

Grateful for any advice,
Ruud

Thanks for your reply,
This is what I already tried, ( regsvr32 inetcomm.dll) without any changes.

The strange thing is that it happen not every time when I reply or sending
emails.
It's a random problem.
Sometimes it is just the end of the text which disapears, very strange.
Even Microsoft doesn't know the problem.

Check your encoding settings--Options, format, check both Internet Format and
International Options.
