Outlook 2003 message body is blank

Here are the things I have done to get the messages from being blank:

- Uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook
- installed service pack 2 for Office
- using 'none' for font on stationary
- disabled my Antivirus software to monitor incoming and outgoing files
(using E-Trust from Computer Associates)

My messages are still blank in the body
What else can I do?

Disabling the Anti Virus scanning will not work always. You will need to uninstall
E-Trust and then re-install it without the email integration (scanning) Also make
sure that no other security program is associated with the scanning if email
