somehow I have gotten a second email address (email2) for all of m
contacts in outlook that reads firstname lastname () - not any actua
email address attached. this has propogated through to my Androi
phone, so now it brings up a huge number of eroneous email addresse
when i start typing client names. for contacts with no email address
it shows under the Display as: Lastname Firstname (
interestingly, this didn't transfer through to Maximizer when i
synchronizes. which is too bad as i could do a global edit in Maximize
to remove this field, then re-sync
the only method i can think of to remove this is to export the entir
database as a .csv file, remove this field, then reinstall the database
alternately, i suppose i could delete all of the contact an
resynchronize with Mazimizer
before i go madly off in all directions, is there possibly a simple
method i haven't thought of
