Blank Email

I have a customer with nagging and intermittent Exchange issue. Every so
often when they send an email, the body of the email is blank, though there
was text when they hit send. The Sent Items folder also shows the email with
a blank body. There are no errors on the Exchange Server. It is happening on
both the Terminal Server and on a PC, so it looks like it's Exchange
Specific. Has anyone seen this? There in nothing on MS, and Google groups
asks the question with no answer. Help!

I have posted twice about a similar issue with no responses so far. From
what I can gather the problem has to do with encoding and I have found a
good dozen other post discussing this all with no answers. There is an issue
with IE preview and some file called mlang.dll but making changes to this
file only changed which emails could be read and which couldn't. I'll bet if
you open thos emails in OWA you can read them or at least that is my
experince.

So far we have reloaded Office, IE6.1 and checked all settings. Next plan is
to just reload from scratch when I get some time.
