I have a cross tab query look like this
Total Open In-Progress Closed
Support A 4 2 2
Support B 3 3
Support C 4 2 2
Support D 1 1
I want to put zero in blank field, because if not, they will not reflect on
my graph. For example, I want to be the value of "Closed" for "Support A" to
be "0" instead of blank. Is this possible
