Blank Line in Address Book

We have an Exchange 2000 server. Our users have Outlook
2000. On the Global Address Book preview in Exchange
System Admin all users are shown. In the address book in
Outlook there is a blank line where one user should be.
The user is not hidden in Exchange and is set up with
exactly the same permissions as all other users. This is
the same for all users Outlook. I have deleted and
recreated a Global Address Book and rebuilt the offline
address book in case they are picking up from there. Now
running out of ideas. Any assistance appreciated
