I need help with a printer problem using MS Office Home Edition 2007 and an
Epson NX400 printer. My parents purchased a new Dell with MS Office Word
already installed. I purchased the same Dell machine and printer to be able
to help them troubleshoot because we live in different states. They
activated the MS Office using the product key and began using MS Word to
draft documents and print them with a new Epson NX400 printer. After a few
short weeks, they lost their capability to print from Word. From MS Word,
they only get blank pages. You can see the document from print preview, but
it will not print. I have had them un-install and re-install both the
printer and MS Office and still they cannot print from MS Word. My machine
prints fine and I cannot duplicate their problem. Any advice would be
helpful.
