Blank Pages

I have a report that contains the header, footer and two subreports on the
even pages. On the odd pages there is just the header and footer. Is there
something that I can do to the formatting to fix this? Thanks!

Reduce the width of your report to match your paper width minus your left
and right margins.

I've done that and it still isn't working. Any other ideas?
