Blank records added

Whenever users input values into text or combo boxes in a data entry form,
then clear those values, then close the form, a blank record gets added.
How do we stop this from happening?

Nick,

The simplest way ( there are other better, but more involved ones ) is to
make at least one of your fields required in the table design.
