Blank Row

I have form with a subform. Both have a record source that is a table.
Every time some opens the form I want a blank record for both forms and I
want it to be "Record 1 of X amount of records". Is there a simple way to do
this?

You can open the form in Add mode, or use an unbound form and add the record
in code or using an Append Query.
