Blank Rows Moved

Hello,
We are working with MOPS 2007. One of us created a project in MSP 2007 and
is using inserted blank task rows as visual separators and/or place-holders
for future tasks. She then saved and published the project to Server (and
cleared her cache). When another co-worker opens the project on her computer,
the blank task lines seem to move themselves to random locations within the
project. This happens whether the co-worker opens the project from PWA or in
MSP.

Any ideas as to why the blank lines are moving around? Is this a bug? I have
told my co-workers that they should delete those blank lines anyway, as that
is not a best practice for building and managing project schedules.

Thanks for your help!

Their view may be sorted or grouped differently than your view. But you are
correct. Blank lines are NOT a good practice in Microsoft Project. I avoid
them at all times.
