Blank Second Page

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Power PC I've re-created our company letterhead as a template in Word. However, when we type a long letter the "letterhead" template is on every page. How do I get rid of the template ONLY on the following pages?

following it in Mac Word ‹ the process is virtually identical. See the part
