blank subject, blank message emails

Am, using Outlook 2003. I am receiving numerous emails
with NO SUBJECT, NO SENDER INFO, and NOTHING in the
message box. When I click on OPTIONS, I can read the
Internet Headers. But this doesn't make sense to me.
Outlook RULES require something in the SENDER and SUBJECT
boxes. So I don't know how to block these messages. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Bob, I am having the same problem, with outlook 2003..
I'm in the Tucson area using Cox..
Hope some has a fix for us.
