When I turn on my ThinkPad after a full shutdown, I notice that Outlook 2007
invariably shows a blank Todo Bar with a big grey rectangle. Is there any way
to make Outlook populate the pane properly the first time around?
At this time, I have to completely close Outlook and start it again to get
the Todo Bar to appear with entries.
