Ron,

Bleeds are controlled by your Printer's ability to print bleeds. Is your
printer capable of bleeds? Which model printer to you own?

Or if you are outputting this file for another printer to use, what format
is the output that you are choosing and what printer driver/method are you
using?

Brian:

We send our output to a Xerox Pro C3545 machine that is networked. we will
check with Xerox on that. We also have a Xerox Phaser 6100 and we will check
on that printer also.
