Blind Copy Question

In sending a blind copy email I am wondering how I can "see" just who
received the emails. AFter sending them if I go to "sent", a copy is
there without any recipients....

The message in Sent Items will contain the recipients in the BCC field. You
may need to add the BCC field to your View.
