How do I get the BCC sending option to show in Outlook

Start a new message, go to View, check bcc.

Bcc isn't an option under View. Is there another way?

When you click on "To" you will see bcc on the bottom.
That is where you enter it.

I found this by accident..within the e-mail click on the down arrow next to
"Options". You will see bcc.
