One of our users has hit a key combo (unknown) that has changed his cursor
from the usual underline to a black block when he is in entry mode such as
adding recipients in an email To: field. I thought at first this was an easy
'Insert' key fix, but not so. I have tried several combos, but nothing seems
to fix this. In the same email window, the cursor in the message area is the
normal I bar.
Any help most welcome.
