Block forwarded email messages from previous email address

Is there a way to block email messages that are being forwarded from a
former email address? 99% of the spam I get is forwarded to me from an old
email address of mine. Thanks for any help with this.

Why not disable the forward on the old e-mail address?

Contact the domain owner. That should be what's behind the @.

(I changed my reply address; remove all CAPS and _underscores_ from the
address when mailing)

Though this is not a right way as it would anyway cause traffic, but you
could also add that email to 'Blocked Sender's list' This would
automatically move the email to junk emails, from where you could empty or
delete the same.
