Block Sender Domains - Outlook 2002

John Keane

Hi

I am getting alot of Junk Mail Recently.
I want to be able to block an entire domain from sending
emails to me. I read one article on the Microsoft site
that advises to click on "Tools" "Options" "Junk Email"
and then click on "Block Senders Tab" but i dont have that
tab on my company email.

Does anyone know how i can block domains.
Do i have to get this option from my System Administrator ?

Thanks
John Keane

Try this: Open the Rules Wizard, scroll to "Junk E-mail Rule" and click
it, then click the underlined text that says "Junk Senders". A box
should pop up where you can add senders to the list. Just add the whole
domain, like this:

domain.com
