Block senders?

I am receiving an increasing amount of spam, (don't we all?) and would like
to set my mail to filter all mail from anyone NOT in my address book to go
to another folder. Is this possible, or do I need a third party software to
do this? Using Outlook XP Pro.

does rules wizard have a condition for 'in my address book'?

FWIW, I recommend mailwasher over trying to do this with rules - it will
remove most, if not all of your spam without affecting real mail from people
not in your address list.
