What do you mean?
You're saying that someone is sending an *address* to you, which I don't
think you mean.
Likely, you mean that someone sends FROM a certain address, or sending
TO one of your addresses, and how you can block him/her.
If you like to block a certain address, I think you will need to contact
your mail administrator and have them send mails from the address into
the "blackhole", i.e. out in eternity.
Client side, you need to make a rule to drop the mails in the dust bin.
