blocked mail

I use outlook 2003 and am unable to unblock a email address that was put in
spam. i have deleted it from my blocked sender list and marked it as safe for
both the sender and domain name, yet it still goes to spam. how can i make
this site safe and go into my inbox?

Are you using exchange server or a 3rd party antispam scanner?

Sorry, but Outlook 2003 doesn't have a folder named "Spam".
