blocked messages

The following message replaces the content of my received
e-mails:

"The contents of this message have been blocked by
another application, such asan anti-virus program."

I do run McAfee anti-virus and spam killer. The message
replaces even with those spam and virus programs
disabled.

Any hints, suggestions, solutions.
